HomeBuyers Club is a group of individuals united in their goal of becoming homeowners. It is a special group of people with the desire and drive to discipline and take control of their life and make it better.
Critical to the success of this Club is each member's ability to support each other so that the whole group can achieve the dream of homeownership.
The goal of the HomeBuyer’s Club is to help the participants buy a home. The path to that goal may not always be easy so the club is designed to enable the members to determine and examine the way their families spend money. Since difficult adjustments are sometimes necessary, the club tries to help the home buyer candidate think like a banker, save for a down payment, and become familiar with financing and interest rates. The club also proposes to help the members learn how to establish good credit.
The HomeBuyers Club presents the home buying process from beginning to closing as well as information on maintaining your home and all the responsibilities of homeownership.
